The Company was established in Malaysia under the Company Act 1965 on 27 th June 1978 . Formerly, it was known as Victory Plastic Industries Sdn Bhd. The Company is a manufacturing Company, focus on producing plastic product such as cup, tray, plate, bottle, plastic bag and plastic packaging.

The Company has been given a new light when a group of Bumiputra Entrepreneur took over the Company. The Company then has change its style to MUSA & RAHMAN PLASTIC INDUSTRIES SDN BHD (MRPI) and fully own by Bumiputra Group.

Under the new management, MRPI has gain new momentum and the operation has turn around. In 1995 the sales has touched RM 7.5 million. In the year of 2000, the sales has touched RM 48.0 million.
