The Company was incorporated on June 27, 1978 under the Company Act 1965 as the name of Victory Plastic Industries Sdn Bhd.

By June 18, 1983 it had become a full-fledge bumiputera operation, and change the name to Musa Rahman Plastic Industries Sdn. Bhd. (MRPI), thriving with various piping and plastic products which include cups, plates, bottles, plastic bags and laminating plastic. In 1994, MRPI ventured into manufacturing High Density Polyethylene Pipes that is used in water supply, sewerage, irrigation and gas distribution.

Today, it is one of the most reputable Bumiputera companies in Klang Valley . With the latest technology at hand, MRPI also owns complete production lines comprising of blow moulding, injection moulding and film extrusion.
